Roadside stands will refuse to sell you individual mangoes &#8211; you must purchase a bucket or box full for $10 if you want any at all.  Supermarkets still sell them individually, but for a higher price.<\/p>\n<p>I did manage to buy a few pineapples from a roadside stand which were really sweet and flavorful.
