They are one of the only place I can think of that reverse diagonal park.  Very odd.  I can&#8217;t see what the benefit is.  They also seem very keen to maintain very wide streets with parking in the middle as well as on the sides of the road.   Sometimes the parking is perpendicular to the traffic flow and sometimes it is parallel.
