Queensland has a few strange parking practices. They are one of the few places I can think of that reverse-diagonal park. Very odd. I can’t see what the benefit is. They also seem very keen to maintain very wide streets with parking in the middle and along the sides of the road. Sometimes the parking is perpendicular to the traffic flow, and sometimes it is parallel. Both parking methods leave me turning my head in circles constantly to ensure I don’t hit anyone.<\/p>\n
